What helps us help you. The screen you were on, what you tapped, and what happened instead. If an order is involved, the store and the day. Never send a password; we will never ask for one.
On your phone. Manners is built local-first: your week, your shopping list and what you have cooked live in the app's own database on the device you planned on. They are not sent to us, so they are not on your other phone unless you joined a Table there. Deleting the app deletes them.
A figure marked ≈ is an estimate. Once you choose your Kroger in the app, the list reads that store's own shelf prices and says when it read them. Tax, fees and substitutions are settled at Kroger's checkout, never in Manners.
Manners fills your Kroger cart; Kroger places the order. Open the Kroger app, check the cart, and finish checkout there. If the cart is empty, open your plan in Manners, go to the list and send it again. The items you already have stay off the order.
Tap "for two" on any card in the chat, or the portions scale on Plan. Each dish starts from your household size and keeps its own number if you change one.
Tell us the Table's name and roughly when. Tables are the one part of Manners that lives on our servers, so that is the one part we can look at.
In the app: your profile, then Close account, then type DELETE. It removes your profile, memberships, posts and shares from our servers at once. The plans on your phone are yours; delete the app to remove them.
Tell us the dish and the step. A wrong quantity, a missing allergen or a temperature that reads low is fixed within the day, and the fix reaches every phone with the next update.
What we hold and what we do not is in the Privacy Policy. The rules of the road are in the Terms of Service. What every dish says about temperatures, allergens and who is eating, and how we arrive at it, is on the Health & safety page.
